La Tienda Grande

It was cooked over low heat as a tribute to the women who made me a chef, my mother, my 4 grandmothers, aunts, friends and those ladies I have met in life and have inspired me; I will base the menu on the dishes that I once tried and that are still in my memory, they will be interpreted in my own way; my team and I will make creative Mexican cuisine.

Masame

There is nothing simpler and richer than an omelette, which is why Masame was born. A concept focused on Mexican masses in a casual environment, among friends, alone or in good company. 

Masame is a craving restaurant for everyone.

Nido

Located in Dubai as a spot for music and good atmosphere, the restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine tapas and a lounge with international DJs.

Comalli

The love of traditional Mexican cuisine goes to Saudi Arabia and it is exposed how Comalli, with traditional influences and current techniques, the menu and concept has its starting point in the good vibes of Latinos.

Hola

A great concept can come from a small idea; That's why we created Hola. A cafeteria restaurant focused on the sale of ice cream, popsicles and mixology based on fruit juices.

Bugue

“Hamburguesería” 

We are not sure that this word exists, but neither were we sure about creating a concept around hamburgers, and to be honest, they are turning out very good. 

Palma Rosa

Local cuisine based in Zapotlanejo Jalisco; a kitchen with notes of home served with the technique and the seasoning of the current kitchen.
